1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cb99 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the cb99 website and related services ("platform") you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

General Bonus Terms

• cb99 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw bonus offers.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb99 platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collusion or fraudulent activities with other members.

• Operating an account using a third party's identity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, cb99 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds and winnings, and may take applicable legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

cb99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Investigation of financial crime or a request from a law enforcement agency.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure or responsible gaming break).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed. Any remaining balance after closure will be handled in accordance with policy.
